Patient Info: Notepad

The Notepad is particularly useful for the treatment coordinator as a “paperless” place to record notes on patient conversations. It is often used by the whole staff as a central place to store patient phone conversations and examination notes.
The Tickler option can be used to remind staff of follow-ups. Any note with a tickler date will cause the note to appear on the Message Center when it becomes due.
